We discussed the best approach for cleaning and conditioning the leather, as well as applying a topping to a ceramic coating. He took the time to explain everything and paid attention to detail. Mark is a true perfectionist, and it shows in his work. My BMW looks fantastic, this is one of the best detailing jobs I've ever had. Mark at Menlo Auto Detailing was awesome. I submitted a request for an appointment, put my phone down for a sec, and when I picked it back up there was a message from him confirming he could take care of a scuff on my bumper. I swear the fence in my driveway jumped in front of me. He showed up early and was courteous, explained what he was going to do, and got right down to business. Within 20 or 30 minutes he was done. He even gave me some advice on how to proceed with a touch up, as I went through the clear coat in a couple spots. Super knowledgeable guy and all around a great experience.
